My name is Tarryn, I’m 24 from Kent in the UK.
I used to be a competitive cyclist and extremely active when I was younger, but the long and short of it is that life hit me in the face, work and university happened - I started eating more and moving less.
I am now in my first full time job as a teacher since graduating in July 2011. I made a promise to myself to start getting back on the bandwagon when I had my life sorted, so here I am!
My aim is to be back on my bike and competing again by the winter, which means I’m going to need to be my peak fitness and carrying as little baggage as possible.
